History
AEROMEC was created in 1997 to attend demand of Aerospace Component Machining. AEROMEC is a TIER-3 supplier for Structural, Motor and Equipment Components for TIER-1 & 2 Main Aircraft Manufacturer suppliers.
DIVIPREC, founded in 1996, is dedicated to Precission Grinding Services and Precission Aerospace Component Machining Specialiced in HIRTH and CURVIC Couplings as a complete product.
SIDEPALSA is specialized in design, manufacturing and Assembly of Machine Tool handling Systems like Automatic Tool Changers, Pallet Changers and Traslating Rotary tables. Experience and Know-How acquired since 1980, makes SIDEPALSA a leading company in its sector.
Created in 1.974 , TALLERES IZURZA offers Integral Machining Services, Fixture and Mechanical Systems Construction, as well as Machinery Assembly with subcontracting capabilities.

AEROMEC, a Company dedicated to machining parts with very high added value and precisions components for Aerospace, Energy Generation and Machine Tool Industries, believes that one of most important factors for evolution and basement of the company in the Aerospace market, is to increase customer satisfaction. This is the reason why all efforts are addressed to maintain a model of Quality System based in EN-9100:2018 standard, in compliance with the requirements of customers, in compliance with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in the system and improve the effectiveness of the System of defined Quality Management. VALUES: — Satisfy Customer requirements: The machined parts must comply with the requirements established by the customer in terms of their technical specifications, quality and delivery time, trying to comply at all times with the needs and expectations of them. — Be competitive in the market: Applying a correct Quality Management System, we must be productive in our work, being able to improve manufacturing processes, being aware in practice about an “Error Free” work, allowing to eliminate factors that do not increment “added value” to the final product, and this way reducing manufacturing costs.
